BBC Radio 3 / Essential Classics

BBC Radio / On This Day

Identity project for mobile apps company 'Genius Technologies.'
Some initial branding for Holletts brewery based in Vancouver. I wanted to give the company an image that runs parallel with their unorthodox and artistic ethos towards beer brewing. Aimed at those who are open to trying something new and exciting I wanted to challenge the way in which beer usually has such a rigid framework for branding.
Alongside packaging for 3 select beers I also produced a beer mat that folds out in to a double sided concertina. With one side giving an overview of the brewery and the other acting as a menu for the three select beers.
Scepz / Drinking Alone
Artwork for talented Preston based MC Scepz. The aim was to reflect the insane and warped thoughts expressed within the lyrics.
Identity for exciting Vancouver based film company called; 'The Herd.'
A poster containing hand drawn portraits of many of the major artists within the UK grime scene, past and present. I adopted a technical style of drawing containing architectural blueprints, complementing the inner city roots of the ever expanding genre and the artists within.
Reporting on the remarkable journey of Hip Hop culture, James McBride's National Geographic article helps tell the story of Hip Hop. Beginning in West Africa before making its way to white America onboard the hellacious slave ships and going full circle returning to Africa. This publication was designed to represent and enhance the writing visually, giving it the platform it deserves and personifying the raw passion and pain that created this genre of music in the first place.
Ellite / Supernova
